How do I cancel my subscription?

Paid via MyChoicePad website

If you registered your payment details via our MyChoicePad website, please log in to your account by going to www.mychoicepad.com and then clicking on 'Log in here' and enter the email address you used to register and password. If you then go to the 'Billing' tab on your account, you will see the option to cancel your subscription.

 

Paid via MyChoicePad app

If you registered your payment details via the app directly, please follow the instructions below:

- If you are an Android user, please find information on how to cancel your subscription on the Google Play support page below, under 'manage your subscriptions':https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2476088?hl=en

    I wish to cancel my subscription not set up a google account : please cancel my subscription I have not been able to set a password up that allows access after numerous attempts ( 7+ ): following all the instructions : so I have not had any access or opportunity to view the site to see if it would be beneficial to use therefore I no longer wish to subscribe following the free trial period
