How do I change my password?

In order to change your password you will first need to be logged out of your account.

On the login screen, tap on 'Log in'

 

Then tap on the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the bottom right of the screen:

 

Insert the email address you used to create your MyChoicePad account and tap on the 'request password reset' button.

You will then see the following screen, tap on the 'Okay' button.

You will then need to check your email, where you will find an email from MyChoicePad. If you can't see our email in your inbox, it is possible it's gone straight into your spam folder. Click on the link provided on the email.

 

This will take you to the following page. You can now enter your new password.

Click on the 'Change password' button to save the changes.

 

This will take you to your web dashboard. You have now successfully changed your password.

You can now log out of your account.
