If you're using MyChoicePad at a school and getting a 'request timed out' message when creating an account, it's possible the school's firewall is blocking our page.
In order to solve this, please speak to your IT department and ask them to follow the instructions below:
Please open ports 80 and 443, and whitelist *.mychoicepad.com
We are unable to provide the IP addresses of our servers as they change a couple of times a day at minimum. The DNS *.mychoicepad.com is constant and should be sufficient for your purposes.
